Integration of Financial Databases and Directories

Most corporate information about business processes and contacts as well as project and sales information is stored in enterprise databases. Accessing this information directly by the IP phone increases productivity and efficiency by decreasing the time required to get the information and use it to establish communication.

AND Phone Directory allows querying different types of databases, like MS SQL or Oracle, and delivers the information to the IP phone display. Flexible mapping of database entries allows integrating multiple different databases at once without changing the database or the database server configuration.

Especially contact and employee information is commonly found in LDAP directories which can be easily integrated into the Unified Communications network with AND Phone Directory. By using flexible attribute mapping the module allows seamless integration without modifying the LDAP server or configuration.

Beside databases and directories there is still a lot of information stored in plain file, Excel sheets or proprietary format. By importing comma separated value (CSV) files into AND Phone Directory it is possible to consolidate these files at one centralized location and al-low access by the IP phone or a web browser.
