The Web Directory service, part of AND Phone Directory, delivers you feature rich directory capabilities to any web browser. Wherever there is a web browser it gives you access to your corporate databases to search for phone information, customer records or project information. It even allows you to dial the number directly out of the web browser with your IP phone.
It enables you to search in LDAP, Active Directory, SQL and CSV imported data in a complete transparent way. Therefore the user is even not recognizing what data source is used and it is even possible that multiple data sources are searched at one in the background. Phone numbers in the database can be dialled immediately by using the Cisco CallManager WebDialer service.
Flexible attribute matching offers you the integration of various sources and different attribute definitions to one common front end with one search mask.
