Starnberg, 27.1.2005 - New release of the ANDPhone Voice Recording Software with all call recording features are now available for IP based telephony environments.

Changing telephony infrastructure to IPT requires to implement business critical services as well.

The Voice Recorder software is used to get evidence of threatening phone calls, improve sales calls behaviour or track emergency phone calls. With the authentic evidence recording all recorded information is stored encrypted and signed, so that misuse of the recorded information is not possible.

Another important aspect of call recording software is the centralized management to keep track of multiple recording sensors out there. Centralized management helps to maintain all information in one place and simplifies the backup process.
