Computer Telephony Integration

With Computer Telephony Integration (CTI) you have the ability to control your desk phone directly from your computer. Therefore you have full access to communications services from your computer and can handle calls directly out of your computer software tools. Depending on your needs there are three versions of our computer telephony software. Besides simple click-to-dial services there is a more advanced version for full directory and presence integration up to a fully featured attendant consoles.
